Helka Lehto

I am a student of general and adult education concentrating on management in Aalto University and psychology in University of Helsinki as optional studies.

Currently I'm working as a recruitment consultant/team leader of recruitment responsible for sourcing, talent identification and attraction, interviewing, hiring and omboarding employees in a company, as well as ensuring that current employees are satisfied in their positions, and promoting a company’s brand through recruitment initiatives and events.
