Are you a passionate sales professional ready to boost your career in a dynamic and innovative start-up environment? SeeTrue Technologies is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager and future Sales Director to help us expand our pipeline, build customer relationships and take our pioneering technology to new markets.

At SeeTrue Technologies, we create advanced optical solutions that change the way people see the world. Our customer base consists of both large and small manufacturers in the field of AR displays as well as players in the eye health industry.
Your role:
You will set future sales directions, lead our sales team, and work closely with technology and operations teams. You are responsible for ensuring that the benefits of our technology are clearly and convincingly conveyed to different market segments and customer groups.
The ideal candidate:
* Technical background: You have an educational background in, for example, electronics, photonics, information technology, medical technologies or related fields.
* Sales skills: You will demonstrate strong knowledge and success in in-depth technology B2B sales, business development and customer acquisition.
* Language skills: Excellent English skills are essential, and knowledge of Japan, Chinese and/or German is a great advantage.
* Networking: You have created extensive networks and understand the dynamic nature of start-ups.
* Experience in Health-Tech: You have experience or a strong understanding of the health-tech industry or related industries.
* International perspective: International expertise and sales knowledge are key when aiming for global markets.
* Location: You are ready to live and work in Joensuu, the innovation hub of Eastern Finland.
