We're looking for a skilled and experienced Printing Machine Operator to join our dynamic printing team. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional technical skills and extensive knowledge of operating various printing machines. Responsibilities:
Demonstrate exceptional technical skills and extensive knowledge in operating various printing machines.
Adjust settings, tune and monitor feed and transport mechanisms, ink application systems, and other key functions of the printing process.
Precisely mix printing inks and solvents, manage paper and ink feed during printing runs.
Monitor ink feed and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality.
Closely monitor, evaluate, and inspect the operation of the printing machine to identify faults and make necessary corrections.
Maintain high quality standards throughout the printing process.
Produce a variety of print products and closely monitor the print mark.
Switch between different printing methods and adapt to changing printing requirements.
Maintain, adjust, repair, and clean digital printing machines and other machines used for transferring and printing images.
Proactive approach to machine maintenance, quick troubleshooting, and problem-solving.
Operate printing machines that utilise various printing methods, including digital, flexographic, gravure, and offset printing machines.
Work with different printing technologies and equipment.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a printing machine operator.
Exceptional technical skills and extensive knowledge of operating various printing machines.
Skilled in precise mixing of inks and solvents.
Strong ability to monitor and adjust ink feed to maintain quality.
Close attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality standards.
Flexibility to produce a variety of print products and adapt to changing printing requirements.
Experience in maintaining, adjusting, repairing, and cleaning printing machines.
Versatility to work with different printing technologies and equipment.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
