This program enables you to:
Learn and apply a proven recruitment and client acquisition methodology

Please note: While Target Vision provides tools, training, and mentoring, you are expected to proactively build your own network and client base. This program is ideal for individuals who are entrepreneurial and want to work independently under a supportive umbrella.

Comfortable working remotely as a freelancer (e.g., via Eezy, Ukko.fi or similar platforms)
Confident using English in professional communication (written and spoken)
No previous recruitment experience required – training and tools are provided
Business mindset and strong communication skills are a plus
