Target Vision is looking for a creative and independent Social Media Creator to strengthen our presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, and other key platforms – helping us build a consistent, bold, and authentic brand globally.

This is a freelance opportunity for someone who thrives in creative freedom, takes initiative, and knows how to create content that moves people and drives engagement.

YOUR ROLE

You will lead the planning and execution of Target Vision’s social media content and visibility. Working closely with our leadership, you will play a key role in shaping how our brand is seen across the world – from recruitment services and executive search to consulting and international partnerships.

Your tasks include:

• Designing and executing platform-specific content strategies

• Creating visual and written content (posts, short videos, stories, carousels)

• Managing and actively engaging across our channels

• Supporting our global recruitment, branding, and partner network activities

• Following analytics and continuously improving results

WHO YOU ARE

• A creative and strategic content creator with a strong visual eye

• Confident working with tools like Canva, CapCut, or similar

• Familiar with LinkedIn, Instagram and ideally TikTok or YouTube Shorts

• Comfortable working independently and proactively

• Fluent in English (Finnish is a plus but not required)
